Our first appointment is called the Intake. During this 53 to 60 minute appointment, the therapist will record all client background information. This will range from history of the present problem, to family history, to medications, to education and social history, etc.

This truly depends on the person. Some clients find immediate relief in a few short months, while others need a year or two of weekly or biweekly counseling sessions to find relief.
