    I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety.

  • I am primarily a Narrative therapist with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy woven through. My approach is based on looking at your story as a chronological whole, while challenging and reframing irrational thoughts and behavior patterns.

  • I am a veteran wife, mother of three, dog-Mom to two, and Boston lady to my core. I love helping my clients heal and the ripple affect that improved mental health can do for a community.
